• Drain Line Clearing: Snaking, flushing, and removing debris from all exterior drains to prevent backups and pooling.
• Roof & Flashing Check: Inspecting roof edges, flashing, and penetrations for gaps, failed sealants, or potential leak points.
• Window & Door Weatherproofing: Checking all window and door flashing, seals, and caulking for deterioration and resealing where necessary.
• Building Envelope Inspection: Reviewing siding, trim, stucco, vents, and other exterior elements for cracks or vulnerabilities that can allow water intrusion.
• Site Water Flow Review: Ensuring proper grading, drainage paths, and water diversion around the property.
• Temporary Protection (as needed): Installing tarps, barriers, or temporary waterproofing solutions to secure exposed or vulnerable areas.
